Manager Marketing (Industrial Sales) - Industrial Drum

LOCATION : Mumbai

Exp. : 4 to 15 yrs

Responsible for selling Plastic Drum, Generating new Customer, follow up with existing Customer, Handle Industrial customer, Assist. Top management in developing marketing plans, Generate enquiry, participation in technical and commercial negotiation. Assist Business Head in developing of Marketing plans and strategies. Formulate and implement tactical initiatives to achieve corporate strategic goals. Assess revenue potential within opportunities. Conceptualize, plan and organize brand promotion activities by developing new communication mix and new strategies for brand launch. Interact with Plant to ensure timely despatches to meet sales targets of the region. Manage team of Sales Executives to achieve their targets.

Energy Auditor

LOCATION : Mumbai

The incumbent should be Mechanical/Electrical Engineer having hardcore experience in Building Energy Efficiency.
He must be BAS (Building Automation System) Building energy auditor / manager from Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). Must have experience in Plastic Industry.
Should have thorough knowledge of Blow and Injection moulding process, Utility equipment such as pumping systems, cooling tower, compressors, lighting, Automation/optimization of system.
Capable of reading Electrical/ Mechanical drawings and good in analyzing part / energy calculations/ financial modules.
Added knowledge on energy modelling, green building, building envelope & energy audit experience will help.
Candidate should have the "Solution Eye."
Knowledge of new areas of Energy field like - Renewable, (solar, wind, rain water, geothermal, etc) LEED , energy modelling, etc

Additional Skills required

Manager - Recruitment & Performance Appraisal

Recruitment Role

Handling end to end Recruitment with a team of Recruitment executives.
Fulfilling the resource requirements within the defined time frame specified in the approved indent for existing as well future requirements.
Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback to interview teams and candidates.
Vendor Management, MIS reporting with regards to attrition, bench strength etc.
Visits to Engineering colleges, CIPET institutes all over India, for recruitment activities and establishing & maintaining relationships.
Designing and creating ads and publishing them in various media like Job Portals, Print Media, Company Website.
Develop Processes in related areas and aggressively working towards implementation and streamlining the same across units.

Performance Appraisal Role

To design various performance appraisal templates.
To design Career path model, methods of setting targets.
Processing of performance appraisals.
To build & sustain a high performance culture across the organisation.
To ensure that all Units have PMS consistently applied, controlled & aligned to business strategies.
Oversee the design & development of compensation strategy & programs.
Management of poor performers (improvement, re-deployment, termination)

An ideal candidate would be an MBA in H.R. willing to work under challenging schedules with at least 8 years experience in Recruitment & Performance Appraisal Systems. (Experience in T&D would be an added advantage).

Manager Administration

Supervision & Control of Administration functions. Liaison with Government agencies for regulatory approvals.
Handling complete Facilities (Safety, Security, Repairs, Fire Fighting System, Pest Control, Water Supply, Company provided Transport), infrastructure set up & maintenance and coordinating with architects for interiors.
Handling complete administration of the organization, office Utilities & Assets Management, look after discipline matters related to Housekeeping Staff.
Ensure effective maintenance of large sized facilities including infrastructure, buildings and guest house.
Prepare lease agreements new / renewals. Budgeting & expenditure control Preparation of Budgets for the Department. Presentation to the Management, Monitoring of Budgetary expenses, Variance Analysis of Budget vs. Actual Expenses Liaison, travel, hotel budgets, Control Monitor Travel policies, Liaison with Auditors.

An ideal candidate would be Graduate from any discipline with 10yrs.experience in facilities & General office administration. Should be able to priortise tasks and be able to work under challenging schedules.

Senior Logistics Executive

For our upcoming plants at : Gummudipundi near Chennai, Changodar near Ahmedabad, Hyderabad & Jammu.

Profile

The Incumbent will be repsponsible for Planning & Organising movement of goods from Port & Plant.
Coordination with Marketing Department and plants for placement of Trucks & Despatch of goods.
Follow up with C&FA/CHA for despatch of raw materials to plants.
Preparation of Monthly MIS report.
Coordination with tranproters for daily report on despatch.
Visit to Plant/Port as required.
Assist HOD in negotiating transport rates.
Planning & Implementing Reverse Logistics.
