The series of on-line and type tests are conducted on an ongoing basis to check the quality of the inputs, in-process and finished products. The tests include Melt Flow Index (MFI) Test, Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR) test, Vibration test, Drop test, Pneumatic Pressure test, Hydraulic Pressure test, Stack Load test, Compression test etc.

TTL manufacturing units are equipped with modern and extensive testing facilities and apparatus. Total Quality Management system is in place, with elaborate and well laid out procedures. The products are subjected to testing norms meeting the standards laid out under national (IS:6312) and international (UN norms) standards.
