The sound Barrier System consists of effective sound shield which absorbs and reduces the noise impact from different sound sources. Sound Barriers are solid obstructions built between the highway and the homes along the highway. They reduce noise levels bringing it to acceptable levels.

The Need

Elevated Roads, Flyovers, Highways, Metros, Trains, going through congested habitation create noise pollution to the population using and staying near such network.

Noise Pollution can cause irritability, hearing loss, high blood pressure, neurological problems, loss of peace of mind, concentration, productivity and performance.

Regulation

Circular issued by Govt. of Maharashtra on 3rd December, 2008 to implement noise reduction levels from elevated roads and flyovers by installation of Sound Barrier. Installing effective Sound Barrier System shall reduce noise level to acceptable levels of 60 to 70 dB.
