Time Technoplast Ltd., (TimeTech), a leading technology driven polymer manufacturer announces a joint venture with Netherland Headquartered Schoeller Arca Systems (SAS) to introduce a wide range of plastic Returnable Packaging (RTP) and material handling solutions. The products will be manufactured through the joint venture with an initial investment of € 10 mn and would be available in Indian market before the end of this year. Time Technoplast Limited (TTL) announces the commencement of commercial production at its battery expansion project at Panoli (Gujarat).
In September'08, the company had undertaken a major expansion of its battery operations at Panoli near Ankleshwar (Gujarat), through NED Energy Ltd.(NED), its 71% subsidiary. The said expansion has successfully been completed in record time of six months and the commercial production at the plant commenced w.e.f 28th March, 2009.
The total installed capacity at this location stands at 100 MAHs (with sale value of Rs. 90 crores approx. at current raw material levels). NED has already established its quality leadership for serving the Telecom batteries and would absorb this additional capacity with existing customers.

Time Technoplast Ltd. (TTL) has commenced operations at its state of the art factory at Velugam, Silvassa (U.T.) and has started manufacturing HDPE Pipes from 20 mm size to 630 mm conforming to different international standards for use in water supply irrigation, sewage and drainage, ducting applications. The micro processor controlled extrusion lines have been imported from Europe . Another range of FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastics) pipes has also been introduced by TTL in sizes ranging from 250 mm to 1600 mm OD. These pipes will be used for sewage and drainage and water supply purposes. Both the HDPE pipes and FRP pipes have been introduced under the brand 'TIME' in the market.
