Mr. Sanjaya Kulkarni is a highly accomplished professional with a B.Tech degree from IIT Mumbai and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. With over 40 years of extensive experience across multiple sectors, he has built a distinguished career in private equity, consumer finance, corporate finance, and investment banking. Throughout his career, Mr. Sanjaya Kulkarni has made significant contributions to the financial services industry, including his tenure at Citibank, where he honed his expertise. He was also a co-promoter of 20th Century Finance Corporation Limited, a leading company in the finance sector. He is also an independent director on several prestigious boards, providing strategic insights and governance.

Mr. Sanjaya Kulkarni has been an integral part of our Company’s growth and strategic direction, having served on the Board since 1993.

Bharat Kumar Vageria, Managing Director and Promoter of Time Technoplast Ltd., is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and costing along with growth strategies. His deep knowledge of costing, finance, taxation, and business operations has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. Being a part of the promoter group, Mr. Vageria has served as a Whole Time Director and CFO since inception..

Post the demise of Mr. Anil Jain (ex-MD), Mr. Bharat Vageria has been positioned as the Managing Director by the Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Time Technoplast ltd has expanded Mr. Jain’s vision across diverse sectors, with a focus on innovation and sustainable growth. He has built a strong commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and financial integrity. His transparent and ethical approach has earned him strong relationships with key stakeholders in banking, industry, and regulatory sectors. Mr. Vageria’s ongoing leadership continues to position Time Technoplast as a global leader in the polymer and composite manufacturing industry, committed to long-term value creation and responsible business practices.

Mr. Raghupathy Thyagarajan holds a degree in Science and a postgraduate qualification in Management. As a Promoter and a senior management board member of Time Technoplast Ltd., he brings over 35 years of extensive industrial experience and strategic leadership to the organization.

Mr. Thyagarajan began his professional journey as Manager - Marketing at Prestige HM-Polycontainers Ltd., where he was instrumental in driving sales and marketing operations, contributing significantly to the company’s growth. In 1991, he joined the Time Promoter group to co-found Time Technoplast Ltd. (formerly Time Packaging Ltd.) in Mumbai, playing a foundational role in its establishment and early success.

As a senior management board member, Mr. Thyagarajan's responsibilities have expanded beyond marketing and sales to include a participative role in operations review, HR management, and initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability. He oversees key corporate functions, including the development and implementation of strategic growth plans, both nationally and internationally.

A key driver of innovation, Mr. Thyagarajan leads the company's new business initiatives in composites and value-added products, contributing to its diversification and sustained growth.

Mr. Naveen Kumar Jain has a degree in Engineering with over 25 years experience in production, quality management and projects management. He began his career with Prestige HM-Polycontainers Ltd., heading their production and technical functions and has successfully implemented projects expansion. He left Prestige in 1991 to join his colleagues to promote Time Technoplast Ltd. (Formerly Time Packaging Ltd.) Mumbai. As Director - Technical, Mr. Naveen Jain is responsible for operations of all the plants, technical developments and technology upgradation at the corporate level. Key technical functions such as machine building, product development and technology integration also falls within his area of responsibility.

Mr. Sanjeev Sharma is associated with the Company since last 26 years and is currently designated as President – International Operations. He is presently looking after North – East region of Company in 5 locations in India along with overseas operations in 10 countries.  He has vast experience in operation activities, marketing with complete ownership including direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and brand/product licensing arrangements that generate wealth as well as significant network of executive colleagues in various industries. He has completed his B.Tech – Electrical in 1994 and Professional MBA in 2000 from IIM, Indore.

"Mr. Mahinder Kumar Wadhwa is a Chartered Accountant by profession having over 4 decades of rich experience. He has held leadership positions in Public & Private sector companies across diverse industries including Logistics, E-commerce, Food Processing, Mass Media/Entertainment, Textile, and Polymer.

His expertise encompasses in Corporate Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Cost Control, ERP implementation, M & A transactions, Regulatory Compliances, Fund Raising   and Stress Asset Management."

Mr. Praveen Kumar Agarwal is a highly qualified professional with a diverse academic background. He holds a Science degree from Meerut University, a B.E. (Hons) from NIIT, Allahabad, and a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from Delhi University. With over 40 years of industrial experience, Mr. Agarwal has built an impressive career in the power sector. He has worked with some of the country's leading organizations, including Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, one of the largest manufacturing company in India, and Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in the power industry, contributing to the growth and success of these prominent firms. His leadership and in-depth knowledge have made him a valuable asset in every role he has undertaken.

Mr. Pradip Kumar Das is a seasoned banking & finance professional with over 38 years of experience. He holds an MBA in Finance, a Degree in Agriculture from OUAT, and is also a CAIIB. Currently, he is pursuing research in Financial Inclusion. Mr. Das brings a deep understanding of the financial ecosystem, which he has leveraged to guide corporates, MSMEs, fintech companies, NBFCs, IT firms, and PE/VC organizations toward growth and success.

Mr. Das specializes in loan syndication, investment banking, corporate finance, NPA resolutions, and risk management. Over the years, he has successfully executed numerous transactions across the capital spectrum, contributing to optimized capital structures and impactful business strategies. His passion for technology-driven financial solutions has enabled him to lower financing costs and enhance credit access for MSMEs, fostering economic inclusion and development.

Currently, Mr. Das serves as the Chairman of an emerging listed company and as a Director in a listed Housing Finance Company and a NBFC. He is also a member of Board of Studies of SNDT Women’s University and Adjunct Professor to a leading Management & Research Institute. His leadership and strategic vision continue to drive growth and innovation across diverse industries he is associated.

Mr. Deepak Bakhshi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from PEC Chandigarh and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from AIMA. With over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, he has held several key positions at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), one of India's largest public sector enterprises. Throughout his career, Mr. Deepak Bakhshi has gained deep industry knowledge and honed his leadership skills, making significant contributions to ONGC’s growth and success.

In one of his key assignments at ONGC, he served as Executive Director – Chief of Engineering Services Onshore, where he successfully led an extensive team of professionals across multiple disciplines. His leadership was critical in driving large-scale engineering projects, optimizing operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Mr. Deepak Bakhshi is widely recognized for his strategic acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to navigate complex challenges.

Mr. Bakhshi is also Empanelled with Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) as Conciliator/ Arbitrator of the SCOPE Form of Conciliation and Arbitration (SCFA) and also Empanelled with ONGC as Member for resolving disputes through Outside Expert Council.

His vast expertise in engineering services, combined with his leadership experience and dedication to resolving complex challenges, makes him a valuable asset and a visionary leader in the industry.

 Ms. Triveni Makhijani is a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature graduate from Ramnarayan Ruia College, Mumbai and have been a media marketing and sales professional for over 20 years . She worked with Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd (Times Group), Plus channel India. Zee TV and HT Media (Hindustan Times).

Presently She is working with Wizcraft and to look after sales and marketing of their IPR brands.

Mr. Vishal Jain is a 36 year old budding entrepreneur who has overall 13 years of experience across leadership positions in varied functions. For the last 4 years he has been successfully running technology driven businesses.
