Sanjaya Kulkarni is a qualified professional with B. Tech from IIT Mumbai and MBA from IIM Ahemdabad. He has over three decades of experience in private equity, consumer finance, corporate finance, investment banking and was associated with Citibank and co-promoted the 20TH Century Finance Corporation Limited. He has been on the Board of our Company since 1993.

Mr. Bharat Kumar Vageria is a commerce graduate and a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA). He has more than 25 years of experience in the Polymer Industry. He has worked with HM-Polycontainers Ltd. for 4 years as Manager - Finance responsible for Finance and Accounts functions of the company. He left Prestige HM-Polycontainers Ltd. in 1991 and joined other colleagues to promote Time Technoplast Ltd. (Formerly Time Packaging Ltd). Mr. Bharat Kumar Vageria is Director - Finance. He is responsible for Accounts, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Taxation and Legal functions of the company. Mr. Bharat Kumar Vageria has ably led his team of fellow professionals and has established controls and systems for multi location, multi product operations of the company.

Mr. Raghupathy Thyagarajan has a degree in Science and Business Administration with over 20 years of industrial experience. He began his career as Manager - Marketing at Prestige HM-Polycontainers Ltd. and was responsible for Sales and Marketing activities of the company. He left Prestige together with members of Promoter group in 1991 to participate in the start of Time Technoplast Ltd. (Formerly Time Packaging Ltd.) Mumbai. As Director - Marketing, Mr. Raghupathy is overseeing the marketing and sales functions, regional operations, systems and commercial functions of the company at the corporate level.

Mr. Naveen Jain has a degree in Engineering with over 25 years experience in production, quality management and projects management. He began his career with Prestige HM-Polycontainers Ltd., heading their production and technical functions and has successfully implemented projects expansion. He left Prestige in 1991 to join his colleagues to promote Time Technoplast Ltd. (Formerly Time Packaging Ltd.) Mumbai. As Director - Technical, Mr. Naveen Jain is responsible for operations of all the plants, technical developments and technology upgradation at the corporate level. Key technical functions such as machine building, product development and technology integration also falls within his area of responsibility.

Mr. Sanjeev Sharma is associated with the Company since last 26 years and is currently designated as President – International Operations. He is presently looking after North – East region of Company in 5 locations in India along with overseas operations in 10 countries.  He has vast experience in operation activities, marketing with complete ownership including direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and brand/product licensing arrangements that generate wealth as well as significant network of executive colleagues in various industries. He has completed his B.Tech – Electrical in 1994 and Professional MBA in 2000 from IIM, Indore.

Mr. Wadhwa, is a Science graduate and a Chartered Accountant. He has served in the past as a professional in NTC in a senior position. He has experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting System, Personnel Management, Corporate Taxation and Management.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Agarwal is a Science graduate from Meerut University, B.E ( Hons ) from NIIT, Allahabad and Post Graduate in Business Administration from Delhi University with over 40 years of industrial experience in Power Sector with country’s largest manufacturing organisation Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd and Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd.

Ms. Triveni Makhijani is a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature graduate from Ramnarayan Ruia College, Mumbai and have been a media marketing and sales professional for over 20 years . She worked with Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd (Times Group), Plus channel India. Zee TV and HT Media (Hindustan Times).

Mr. Vishal Jain is a 36 year old budding entrepreneur who has overall 13 years of experience across leadership positions in varied functions. For the last 4 years he has been successfully running technology driven businesses.
